Just a quick hello / goodbye.  I am off to Vienna for a week for a
vacation so I won't be sending out any new chapters for at least a little
while (although I will probably have access, so I can still read important
mail :).  I hope everyone is enjoying their holidays and I wish you all
happy New Year's Eves.
